A last minute update! "Parallel" will be included in the Dublab night (the second night) of LA Weekly's LA Weekend Event! This is tentative and subject to change, but the entire weekend looks like it's going to be a lot of fun!

The Epic of Gilgamesh at the DGA in LA in 3D!!!
My recently completed film, The Epic of Gilgamesh, has been selected as apart of the Adobe's First Frame 2010 Film Festival to be held at the Directors Guild of America in Los Angeles on April 8th, 2010.
This will be a full color, full quality, 3D screening! I will also be there in attendance (just back from Florence and probably still jet lagged).
The Epic of Gilgamesh is my 8 minute Brechtian interpretation of the classic Sumerian story.

traces of A city in SF for WonderCon
Ciao from Florence!
New news of Huckleberry Lain (actually, this one is Paul Shepherd, really). The documentary traces of A city will be shown at WonderCon in San Francisco (at Moscone Center) sometime between April 2-4. This is the short film I directed at Tokyo Broadcasting Systems about Mr. Tanabe, a man in Hiroshima who survived the Atomic Bomb and is now using Computer Graphics to reconstruct the city the way it was before it was destroyed.
I will not be in attendance, but my co-director, Nanase Takarada, and possibly one other crew member will be there. Check this site for updates and also the WonderCon website.
Please go and enjoy!
